Hittin' the slopes!

After one lesson last year for Andrew and one lesson last week for both of them, we are done with lessons.  Time to hit the slopes!  Matthew's assessment of the situation?  "I wanna go skiing, too, and I don't need a lesson!".  He's actually probably right:)

I texted for an updated: "They r doing well. Meg loves it. Luckily Andy needs Zero attention cause Meg scares me. She just cruises and starts going 'woooooo'. But u need to tell her to slow down or she just falls."  Fell out of my chair laughing:)
Lots of neighbors were up for the Monday night $20 deal.  Tracey reported in, "I was at the top of the slope and I heard this scream at the top of her lungs. I said to myself. That is Margaret ..... She was so full of excitement each time I saw her."  Makes my heart smile.

"Now that I think of it, I probably heard about 6 random people above us on the chair lift laugh, in a nice way, as she zoomed down the hill screaming."   I am grateful that watching them enjoy childhood is as fulfilling as experiencing it since we ultimately remember so little.
