Pizza Night! A Killian Family Tradition

Making pizza is a long-standing Killian tradition. It is passed down through the men, obviously, so Andrew has been in training for a couple of years already. At not-quite-four, he has already perfected the process. Kneading the dough is first, he knows...

"You have to smash it really, really hard," then you roll it out.
Sauce is spooned on next, followed by consumption of several pepperonis to ensure they are worthy of tonight's masterpiece. A tasty Pale Ale should be on hand to enjoy (Bell's, for instance) and if the Bronco's are on, the evening is complete. Only AFTER cheese is spread do you apply pepperonies (at least to Andrew's pizza- this tradition started when Andrew was 2 and didn't believe us when we ensured him that the pepperoni was indeed on his pizza, only it was hidden under the cheese).
Mom and Dad's pizza get green olives and jalepenos on top. Andrew still hasn't tried either (though he used to hot banana peppers straight out of the jar!), but Margaret is well on her way to enjoying both...
Margaret's first olives, and she was loving them! Looks like Andrew will continue to have a pizza to himself...pepperoni only!
"Halftime entertainment" - while the pizzas cook, Margaret enjoys being rolled around the house in a dumptruck. Who wouldn't?!? (She really did love it - her look of concern is that they stopped momentarily for the photo op!).
